Cynthia Vargas brings to Phoenix Service, LLC. over 28 Years of experience in the Service Industry. She has held positions as Product Manager and Service Executive of National Accounts, for Xerox, later as a Customer Service Executive of Commercial/Government Accounts, at BBA International Banking Corporation, and First National Bank of Boston.

He is a graduate in Business admin from Strayer University but found out after working 7 years in an office environment, that his passion was cleaning.
He loves outdoor sports and spending time with his family.

Extensive experience working in a government contracting environment in various positions in Accounting and Contracts. Ensure overall regulatory compliance with Government agencies. Ensure overall regulatory compliance with government agencies and procuring
authorities, protecting management’s interests through negotiations and ensuring maximum profitability on all contracts. Provide contract administrative support to all Business Units; with technical assistance and guidance provided to Contracts Staff and executive management
on any complex and/or urgent contractual issues such as contract modifications.
